Description:

Kevin Smith, counsel with BC Centre for Elder Advocacy and Support, will discuss how older adults differ as clients, and some best practice tips.  Ethical challenges, including interested 3rd parties – family members, new ‘best friends.’  Dementia and legal capacity questions will also be covered. The second part of his lecture continues on June 10, 2014.

CPD 1 hour including .5  hour for client relations.
