Description:

Learn about the thinking behind the new probate rules as set out Part 25 of the current Rules of Court and the Wills and Estates Succession Act (WESA) which will come into force on March 31, 2014. This is your opportunity to learn more about the forms and the procedures. Develop best practices; plus, you will be engaged with a slate of case studies to apply what you have learned in both areas.

CPD: 7 hours including at least one hour in client relations and practice management.
