In this second of her two part lecture, Ms Sarah Nelligan will discuss how to prepare defences and what reliefs  from forfeiture may be available to self-represented litigants who are faced with foreclosures. Plus a number of interesting issues that may arise.

Amici Curiae volunteers and guests get in for free. This event is open to the profession for $10.
