In this lecture by Mr Gordon Turriff QC of Stikeman Elliott LLP, he will talk about how self-represented litigants should work with Rule 14-1 costs, as SRLs may not necessarily be alive to the most crucial things when preparing bills of costs.
 
Learn what records SRLs need to pay more attention to so that they can get more from Form 62.
