Join Master Heather MacNaughton as she discusses what to look and ask for in a family proceeding from start to finish. She will then go through the new Notice of Family Claim form and the various orders that might be sought with the pick list of orders informing the pleadings from the outset.

Plus a generous Q&A session on any and all questions.

CPD: 2.0 hour including 0 hours in client relations, ethics and professional responsibility. (We may run past the 2 hours, depending on the questions.)
